We strongly advise that you and your party take out comprehensive travel insurance, choosing not to do so is accepting and acknowledging that you are responsible for any losses incurred as a result of cancellation.​

Cancellation by you:

 

If you wish to cancel your holiday, your deposit is non-refundable. A minimum of 12 weeks notice is necessary if you wish to amend the dates of your booking and a booking amendment fee may apply.

If you cancel your booking less than 10 weeks prior to your arrival then we exercise the right to retain your full payment without refund.

Cancellation by us:

 

Your booking will not be cancelled by us unless exceptional circumstances occur. In the unlikely event we have to cancel a holiday we will attempt to arrange an alternative date that suits both parties or failing this a full refund will be given.

Liability:

 

We accept no liability for any death, injury or damage to personal property during your stay at Etang Les Burons. All vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owners risk.

We shall also not be held liable for any loss, delay or cancellation cause be fire, storm, flood, closure of ports, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, riots, political unrest, industrial disputes, war, or any other event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
